Inspired by one of my favorite bloggers, Ms. C Jane  of c jane enjoy it, I find I need a “What the World Needs” post, Phoenix real estate style.  So here goes…

What the World Needs…

Less traffic and more Cul de Sacs like in Higley Groves….

Less overtime and more t-ball in the park (at Country Lane)

Less Commuting and More Front Porches (like in Agritopia) (not to mention more organic produce fields and farmer’s markets like in Agritopia).  (and more sweet potato fries at Joe’s Farm Grill in Agritopia)

Ok.  The world just needs more Agritopia.
